Tips for the Monarch Show!!

You're coming to the next Monarch show? Yessss!! You're in for something pretty magical. But before you hop on that transport, let’s go over a few tips, so your experience is as amazing as it can be.
Arrive early!! Like, seriously this is not the kind of show you roll into 15 minutes before the curtain opens. The sim fills up FAST, and once we hit our cap (75 avatars, not 100, because anything more, and we’re dancing in gravy), you’ll be stuck staring at that dreaded message: "Sim is full." So… park that cute avi an hour early or even earlier, and go do your laundry or grab a snack. You’ll be glad you did.
Rendering Tips
Let’s get your viewer setup so you don’t accidentally make someone vanish.
Don’t click “See Friends Only” unless you’re besties with every Monarch (some of you are, we definitely notice and see you).
Don’t derender Morgaána La Fe (morgaana.gould)—she’s your host and a key part of the show! If you can’t see her, you’ll be staring at empty space during some sets.
Monarch dancers are usually 15 meters or more away, so if you need to lighten your view, derender the people right next to you (minus your friends).
Made a mistake? No worries. Just uncheck “Friends Only,” switch your group tag to another group, and boom everyone should start rezzing again.
If you need to relog, be sure to come back to the last location, not your home or the moon or wherever else you usually end up.
Let’s talk about scripts
We know you love your shiny HUDs and cute accessories, but this is one of those times to go minimalist.
That gorgeous necklace or ring you got as a gift? Might be spiking your script count.
Jewelry using RLV? Please detach it before landing. Yep tell your Master to unleash you for an hour.
And now the awkward part…body bits. If you don’t need it to sit in a chair and enjoy a show, just remove it before you land. We are more embarrassed to ask you to remove those body parts than probably the person being asked, and we are talking about those scripted special bits. Yes, believe me we have seen it all.
Particles!
We love ‘em. We use ‘em. We throw ‘em like confetti. If they bug you or cause any health issues, please turn them down. But if you're here for the sparkle storm? Crank those settings up and enjoy the ride.

Pro tip: Save your show settings! I named mine “Monarch Show” so I can just click it and be ready to go. Because believe me, once you see one of these shows, you’ll want to come back for more.
About that transport
When you arrive, the first thing you’ll see is the transport. No, we don’t just plop you in front of a stage and press play we take you on a journey, set by set.
Please stay seated the whole ride. We don’t want to lose anyone mid-flight. And just so you know… we don’t offer transport insurance. You’re on this ride at your own risk.
Name Tags
We know you love spotting your favorite dancers (who doesn’t?), but turning off tags gives you a more immersive experience. Totally your call!
